MEET THE DOCTOR

Dr. Stanley Markovitz

Dr. Stanley Markovitz graduated from the University of Maryland Dental School with a DDS Degree and graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a M.S. Degree.

Dr. Markovitz did a 1-year residency at the University of Maryland advanced general dentistry program and attended the University of Pittsburgh Orthodontic Program where he received his certificate as well as a master’s degree. Dr. Markovitz has significant experience successfully treating challenging Invisalign cases.

Our Team

Jackie

Jackie has been in the orthodontic field for over twenty years and has been with our practice for nineteen years. Other than being an orthodontic assistant she is in charge of all Invisalign ordering. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family.

Robyn

Robyn has worked in the dental field for over 30 years and has been our insurance coordinator for over 10 years. Outside of work Robyn can be found volunteering with local organizations or spending time at her beach house with her family.

Kristen

Kristen has been working for Markovitz Orthodontics since 2016. She graduated from McDaniel College in 2014. She started out working in our front office, and now works as our Financial Coordinator! During her free time she likes to travel with her husband and spend time with their daughter.

Simone

Simone has been an orthodontic assistant for over 30 years and has been working with us here at Markovitz since 2018. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, son and golden doodle.

Joi

Joi has been working in the dental field for over 16 years now, and she’s been a member of our Front Desk team for more than two years. When she’s not helping us change smiles, she enjoys hiking and spending quality time with her three children.

Lauren

Lauren has been assisting us since 2011 and has over five years of experience specializing in orthodontics. She enjoys spending time with family and going camping.

Joenelle

Joenelle joined the practice in 2023 as a member of our Front Desk team. When she’s not assisting patients, she enjoys gardening and growing her own vegetables.
